There is a $2 per ticket convenience fee included in the online ticket price.

There is no late seating in the Underground at the Hilberry. Please plan accordingly and arrive 30 minutes prior to the show's start time. There are no refunds or exchanges for missed performances.

• Entrance: At this time the Underground at the Hilberry is only accessible by stairs. If you require the use of a wheelchair or cannot manuever stairs, please view how our Stair Trac unit operates, assisting those with mobility issues with reaching the Underground.
• Restrooms: A wheelchair-accessible restroom is located in the lobby of the Hilberry Theatre, to the right of the concession stand.

There are no refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for a nominal fee (subscribers enjoy no fee exchanges) when exchanged at least 48 hours prior to your originally scheduled performance. To exchange our tickets, please call the Box Office at 313-577-2972.

Group tickets are available for parties of 10 at a discount. Call 313-577-0852 or email groupsales@wayne.edu to reserve. You may also submit a booking request online for your convenience.
